Simply wonderful. The most comfortable bed and bedding we’ve had in our 5 weeks of travel. I actually bought one of the pillows for home. The blackout curtain is velcroed to the walls, which is a really thoughtful touch. The food is delicious! The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Toiletries were included and there was a hairdryer. The WiFi is strong. They had a cocktail reception for long-stay guests. I thought that was a really nice touch. All in all, the staff goes above and beyond. Erick, one of the managers, actually went with me to buy food for the people living adjacent to the hotel, and brought a few other people to crowd manage when we handed it out. They are really committed to helping their “neighbors “.

The staff here are incredible, they were so helpful at assisting us to find everything we needed. They also made our room extra special for our honeymoon which was lovely! The location is really convenient and very safe.

- All the staff were very welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs. For example (I can only remember a few names), Faniry and Noelle in the restaurant on the ground floor would always greet me with a lovely smile at breakfast and ensure I had a large bottle of water to take with me on my outings. Ashley was also very friendly and always ready to help. - Breakfast and the food in the restaurant on the 8th floor was amazing. - The room, gym and facilities in general were nicely decorated, spotless and efficient. - The hotel organised activities for me during the week and provided me with a local taxi driver.

We’ve been staying here a number of times for the past 2-3 years but our experience has always been met with great service from the staff. Always helpful and kind, this hotel is our second home in Madagascar.

Location and staff was helping, they were available all the time and could guide us well. The breakfast was good with a nice spread and it was secure.

Love the hotel style. Very welcoming staff. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive. Got an issue with the food quality. The meals quality standard was not always on point. However, the hotel remedy most issues and make sure that we have a enjoyable stay. Overall it was a good experience and I will recommend it.

Excellent hotel, large room very comfortable and clean, friendly staff at the reception. The transfer to and from the airport went well. Breakfast was excellent. The food in the roof top restaurant was amazing, I got the fish soup, it was heaven. They have some really nice wine. It was really nice to see the football games at the field in front.

The location is safe. The facilities are really good. Security is also very good. Staff at the restaurants is amazing. High quality food and cuisine. Mr. Ashley at the reception does a great job.

Everything was simply perfect. After reading the reviews of other guests, I was expecting to see completely different hotel (no water in the room, noisy, dirty, full of mosquitos...). I think that some guest stayed in another hotel or their reviews are completely false. This hotel is far best hotel in Tana and the best Radisson I have stayed ever. Staff were the best from reception to housekeeping, from F&B to Guest relations. Don't worry about any questions or needs or problems you have, they find a solution asap. Location was extremely safe, hotel (rooms and facilities) was spotless clean and room was simply perfect in every conditions, design, size, bed, internet, comfort and more. Thanks a lot to all the staff in the hotel for their effort. Simply the BEST!
